Vamos! Lion Chariot Tours is a locally owned pedicab tour and ride service based in State College, Pennsylvania. We offer private guided pedicab tours of Penn State's University Park campus, along with game-day rides, celebration and event rides, and advertising opportunities.

Tours often pass by popular University Park landmarks such as the Nittany Lion Shrine, Old Main, Beaver Stadium, the We Are Sculpture, Hintz Alumni Center, Faculty Cottages, The Arboretum, and Berkey Creamery. Exact routes depend on timing, campus conditions, and availability.

Our guides are friendly locals with deep ties to Penn State and Happy Valley. Many have attended, worked at, or lived around Penn State for years and enjoy sharing campus history, traditions, local tips, and stories.

Yes. Tours are private. We do not mix unrelated parties in the same pedicab.

2. Planning Your Ride

Where tours start and end, how long they last, and how to schedule.

Tours begin and end at a mutually agreed location, often on or near campus. Popular meeting locations often include the Nittany Lion Inn, on-campus parking garages, The Creamery, The Arboretum, or downtown State College.

Most Penn State campus tours are 60, 75, or 90 minutes. A 120-minute campus + downtown option is also available.

Advance scheduling is recommended. Same-day rides may be available depending on driver availability, weather, timing, and campus or downtown conditions.

3. Rates & Payment

Pricing, payment methods, and group size.

Tours are priced per pedicab. Current pricing is $75 for 60 minutes, $95 for 75 minutes, and $100 for 90 minutes. A 120-minute campus + downtown option may also be available for $125.

Each pedicab typically seats 1–3 adults, or 2 adults plus 2 children, depending on passenger size and comfort. Multiple cabs available for larger groups.

We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and Zelle.

Gratuity is not required, but it is appreciated.

A deposit may be required for busy dates, game days, special events, or larger reservations.

Walking, mobility, comfort, and safe riding.

No long walk is required. Most of the experience is enjoyed from the pedicab, with optional brief stops for photos or closer views when timing and location allow.
